MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 28, 2005 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28'x' day of <br />September, 2005 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were presenC at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />Council Member Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Finance Director Ms. Shelly Rueckert <br />Parks & Rec Director Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Public Works Supt. Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Park Comm. Ms. Ginger Sackett Glaser <br />Park Comm. Mr. Jim Broten <br />Park Comm. Mr. Tony Mans <br />Park Consultant Mr. Bill Sanders <br />Planning Comm. Mr. Tom Duray <br />Planning Comm. Ms. Katie Socha <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />COMMUNITY The purpose of tonight's workshop meeting is to develop a list of <br />SURVEY question topics for a community survey to be conducted by Decision <br />TOPICS Resources. Those present began a review of the City's 1.988 and 1995 <br />Community Survey questionnaires. Those present agreed on the following <br />question topics: <br />Demographics <br />Live east or west of the freeway <br />Own or rent <br />Rating of City Services <br />Include List <br />Budget Cuts <br />If necessary to cut City services due to State Budget <br />situation, which services would you cut? <br />Include List <br />
