MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 12, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />June, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Ms. Kate Socha <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Pechmann recommended approval of the May 8, 2008 minutes as <br />submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />CUP - Mr. Russ Fischer appeared before the Commission requesting a Conditional <br />3176, 3178, Use Permit for outdoor storage providing for the outdoor storage of <br />3180 vehicles, equipment, and job materials at 3176, 3178, and 3180 Ryan Lane. <br />RYAN LANE - Russ Fischer presented a new site plan which identifies the three building <br />RUSS tenants. He noted that his building is divided into three spaces, each has <br />FISCHER both office space and warehouse space. Fischer reported that he has <br /> reviewed his site plan with the Fire Marshal and agreed that there will be a <br /> 20 foot clear space directly behind the building for fire access lane. There <br /> will also be 10 foot access lanes into the storage area as depicted on the site <br /> plan. <br />
