MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11th day of <br />June, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />JUNE 11, 2008 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Planning Comm. <br />Fra-Dor <br />Fra-Dor <br />Conquest Devel. <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Frank Frattalone <br />Mr. Nick Frattalone <br />Mr. Mark Bigelbach <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />INTERIM The City Adminisriā€¢ator noted that the purpose of this evening's workshop <br />USE meeting is to discuss the Interim Use Permit for the Fra-Dor recycling <br />PERMIT- operation on Country Drive which will expire on September 30, 2009. <br />FRA-DOR The Administrator noted that under the terms of the IUP, should Fra-Dor <br />RECYCLING which to seek an extension of the IUP, application must be made by <br /> September 30, 2008. The City Administrator distributed copies of the <br /> plan showing the recycling operation and indicated that it appears pile <br /> heights are fairly close to the elevations shown on the plan. <br />Frank Frattalone, Fra-Dor, agreed that the grades are very close to what is <br />shown on the approved plan. He also pointed out that Fra-Dor purchased <br />the adjacent property that was previously occupied by Carle Landscaping. <br />The black dirt that has been stored on the Fra-Dor site has been moved to <br />this property. Frattalone indicated that they have cleaned up the former <br />Carle site taking out a trailer and some sheds. <br />Frattalone indicated that he would like to apply for an extension of his <br />Interim Use Permit. He indicated that they have complied with the <br />conditions of their permit with the City and would like to continue the <br />recycling operation.
