MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 11, 2008 <br />• SUCCESSFUL THREE-MONTH REVIEW OF THE <br />LICENSES BY THE CITY COUNCIL; <br />• CONDITIONS AS OULINED IN ROBERT THAO'S LETTER <br />OF JUNE 6, 2008; <br />• SECURITY PERSONNEL TO BE ON HAND UNTIL THE <br />PARKING LOTS ARE CLEARED; <br />• NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 27 AFTER 8:00 P.M.; <br />• ALL PATRON UNDER THE AGE OF 27 MUST WEAR A <br />WRIST BAND IDENTIFYING THEMAS UNDERAGED; <br />• SERVER TRAINING TO BE CONDUCTED FOR ALL WAIT <br />STAFF BYA THIRD PARTY WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF <br />LICENSE ISSUANCE; <br />• ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE SERVED ONA TRAY <br />AND NOT IN CASES; <br />• EMPTY GLASS BOTTLES TO BE REMOVED FROM <br />TABLES INA TIMELY FASHION; <br />• NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING; <br />• CONSUMPTION & DISPLAY LICENSE ONLY TO BE <br />UTILIZED FOR SPECL4L OCCASIONS AND WITH PRE- <br />ARRANGEMENTS WITH MR. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to review the City's Storm <br />Water Pollution Prevention Program and discuss the City's program in <br />meeting National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements. <br />The Public Works Superintendent appeared before the Council and <br />reported that the City holds a permit with the MN PCA to operate a storm <br />water system. Part of the permit process requires that the City hold a <br />public hearing to accept public comments relative to the City's Storm <br />Water Pollution prevention Program (SWPPP). Additionally, the City is <br />required to complete an annual storm water report to be sent to the MPCA <br />for review to show compliance with permit requirements and the City's <br />progress toward improving water quality in the City. <br />The Superintendent reviewed in detail, the 2007 Municipal Separate Storm <br />Sewer Systems Report.
