MnDOT Agreement #06820 <br />Attachment II to Grant Agreement <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY <br />The property the facility will be constructed on is owned by the Soo Line Railroad <br />Company doing business as Canadian Pacific Railway.
