The land was owned by the Fasciana family and is now being subdivided <br />CHARGE for asingle-family home development I-Ie did not see a need for parkland in this area. Sanders <br />agreed stating That there is a creek between the Water Works property and the single-family <br />"'" ~` -``~~~~`" home development Chat would require the installation of a bridge for access.
