MINUTES OF THE .REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTI~G CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCl~ il, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 1 lth day of <br />Match, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ABSF_,NT: <br />ALSO PRESrNT: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. I{athy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />ELECTION By unanimous vote of the Commission, John Keis was elected as <br />OF Chair and Dan Knudsen as Vice Chair. <br />OF'F'ICERS <br />MINUTES The February 12 and 19, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />VARIANCE The City Planner reported that he has met with Precision Tree and they <br />& AMENDMENT are pursuing some changes in their application. These changes will be <br />TO CUP - presented as parC of the April cycle. Therefore, the Planning Commission <br />PRECISION should table action at this time. <br />TREE <br />Duray recommended tabling action on the Precision Tree application for <br />Variance and Amendment to Conditional Use Permit until the April 8, <br />2004 Commission meeting as requested by the applicant. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />
