Hanson <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing 'I"ext Amendments to the Zoning Code clarifying both the <br />Planned Unit Development District (PUD and the Public District (P) as relates to public uses. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Plalming Commission will be reviewing this matter at their regular meeting <br />scheduled for Thursday, April 8, 2004 meeting. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Cauada Road iu said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Couucil to review this request at <br />their regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 a~t 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as <br />parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at S 15 Little Canada Road in <br />said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Conunission meeting on <br />Thw•sday, April 3, 2004 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, April 28, 2004. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours iu advance.
