7, The seasonal facilities shall be located only on property that can accommodate the <br />use without conflict with permanent facilities, including parking, circulation, and <br />other activity, <br />L. Retail sales of live domestic pets, limited and subject to the following: <br />1, All dogs and cats shall be subject to the provisions of City Code Section 1101, "Dogs <br />and Cats", <br />2, The premises shall maintain a kennel license if the number and age of animals kept <br />on the property meet the requirements of Dog Kennel as defined in the Zoning <br />Ordinance, <br />3. Animals kept under this section shall only be domestic pets, limited to dogs, cats, <br />indoor domestic birds kept in cages, or fish and reptiles kept in aquariums or <br />terrariums, and shall include no animals defined as livestock or as non -domesticated <br />animals in the City Code, Sections 1103 and 1105, respectively. <br />4, Animals kept under this section shall not be displayed or exercised outdoors, and <br />shall at all times be kept inside the portion of the building identified in the <br />Conditional Use permit approval, <br />5. The proprietor of the business shall ensure that the premises is kept in a clean and <br />sanitary condition at all times, <br />6. The proprietor of the business shall define, as a condition of the Conditional Use <br />Permit, a method for waste collection and disposal that does not rely on the City's <br />sanitary sewer system, <br />7. The business shall create no odors that are detectable to adjoining tenants or <br />properties, <br />8. Animals which cannot be humanely kept under the terms of the Conditional Use <br />Permit shall not be allowed on the premises. <br />9. The City may condition inspections of the business property to ensure compliance <br />with the terms of the ordinance and Conditional Use Permit. <br />10, Other conditions deemed appropriate by the City Council. <br />912.045.
