September 18, 2015 <br />City of Little Canada <br />Planned Parenthood is requesting approval to relocate their proposed monument sign from the Rice Street frontage that was <br />previously approved to the south east corner of the site for improved visibility from Highway 36. The sign design includes a brick <br />base, pylon and sign cabinet of 72s.f. The sign would he a height of 17'-8" with a 7' set back from the property lines. The 72 s.f. <br />cabinet along with the currently installed wall signage of 86 s.f. provides a total signage area of 158 s.f. which is well below the <br />maximum signage allowed of 315 s.f. <br />The site is allowed a quantity of (4) directional signs with each being a maximum of 4 0, each. Planned Parenthood is requesting <br />a single location with a sign cabinet of 8 s.f. <br />
