Hanson
Steve Wellington of Wellington Management has entered in to a purchase agreement for the
former Bally's Gym site. He had a redevelopment concept he would like to review with the City
Council that would require tax increment financing assistance. Mark Ruff of Ehlers, Inc. and I
have been working with him on this project for a while and it now appears ready to move
forward. We will be preparing some TIF analysis projections for you to review at this workshop
in addition to discussing the challenges of this project.
