Hanson <br />www. c i.li ttle-canada. mn. us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC IIEARING <br />TEXT AMENDMENT <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing a Text Amendment to the Zoning Code clarifying the <br />Residential, Business, and Industrial Zoning Districts as relates to public uses. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at their regular meeting <br />scheduled for Thursday, May 13, 2004 meeting. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will beheld in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at <br />their regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereaf}er as <br />parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in <br />said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on <br />Thursday, May 13, 2004 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, May 26, 2004. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
