Hanson
In January of 2004, you were told that you were in violation of the amount of allowable
outdoor storage under your current conditional use permit. You had also made other
improvements that violated your site plan including the installation of outdoor fuel tanks
and a wood burning stove.
On March 11, 2004 you and Mr. Toe Dudley met with Steve Grittman and Joel Hanson to
review possible revisions to your site plan. A revised plan was submitted. Another
meeting was held with the same individuals on March 24, 2004 to review staff's concerns
with the plan submitted. You were going to make substantial revisions to the plan and
submit a new plan for approval by Apri126, 2004 to be processed in the May planning
cycle. A revision has not yet been received.
On May 3, we became aware that you purchased and had delivered a number of trees to
be planted around the site to provide screening. You also have cyclone fencing materials
present that appears ready to be installed. Furthermore, additional outdoor storage exists
including equipment, wood, and wood chip piles in violation of your current Conditional
Use Permit (CUP). The planting of these trees is allowable. However, the fence may not
be installed as you do not have your CUP amendment approval nor do you have a
building permit.
We are once aeain ?ivin2 you notice that there should he no more alterations to the
site.
