2. See attached Map. <br />The applicant is requesting a Planned Unit .Development for this parcel of land <br />within the Industrial Park to facilitate a comprehensive use of the property in its <br />seasonal operation of tree removal. The property would have outdoor storage for <br />temporary stacks of recycled wood from tree projects, which would be removed <br />on a weekly basis, and an emergency storage for trees brought down during <br />storms, which have plagued the northern suburbs over the last six -seven years. <br />The temporary use of this facility for recycling will save the company the hardship <br />of paying additional gas for the trucks to move the product some 20 miles north <br />for storage in a piece-meal manner, when ecologically the piles can be picked up <br />by one truck on a weekly basis and moved 20 miles from that location. The <br />applicant would also intend to build additional outdoor storage for the trucks and <br />equipment that the company possesses, which is depicted on the plat.
