To the council of the City of Little Canada: <br />This statement and attached documents will outline the proposal for a <br />detached garage, that will be exceeding the total allocated 1,000 Sq. Ft. <br />deemed by the city. The total Square footage however, will NOT exceed <br />i,500 Sq. Ft. <br />The Main purpose for this extra garage space would be to house a few <br />classic cars that I own, with future repair work for restoring these vehicles. <br />Not having this space would bring cause for me to leave vehicles, parts, <br />materials, etc. outdoors and leaving this in an unattractive manner. I feel this <br />would be in the City of Little Canada's best interest to keeping the <br />neighborhood look more attractive, and to approve the conditional use <br />permit. <br />Thank you for your time.
