Conditional Use Permit for 3091 Arcade Street <br />We would like to build a second garage on our property to supplement the <br />existing one car attached garage. We have three vehicles presently parked on <br />our property and in use. <br />We would also like to deviate from the norm and side our new garage in <br />wood rather than match the white siding that our home has. Our lot is almost <br />a full acre in size and is heavily wooded at the west end. We believe that a <br />white double garage would actually be an eyesore and detract from the <br />overall wooded nature of our property. Attached is a letter signed by <br />neighbors who agree with us.
