MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMM1SSiON <br />OCTOBER 14, 2004 <br />,Knudsen felt that the Pugleasa CUP discussed earlier this evening was a <br />perfect example of what the City would be trying to accomplish. He felt it <br />was awin/win situation in that the property owner gets additional garage <br />space and the City eliminates some storage sheds. <br />The Planner indicated that one city he woii<s For limits garage space based <br />on lot size, and this seems to work well. <br />It was the consensus of the Commission that the City Planner should put <br />together a draft ordinance which would eliminate the right to an accessory <br />storage shed for those properties obtaining a CUP for an oversized or <br />second garage. That dram ordinance should be brought to the Commission <br />at their next meeting. <br />NOVEMBER It was the consensus of the Planning Commission that there November <br />MEETING meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 in light of the <br />Veterans' Day Eloliday and based on Commissioners' availability. <br />ADJOURN I{nudseu recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />' C <br />Kathy Glan~}}}, <br />Deputy Clerl: <br />6- <br />
