Garage for 2727 Lake Shore Ave, Little Canada, MN 55117
James & Tammy Pugleasa
We purchased our house about 2 years ago. It has a single car garage on the property.
We have 4 teenage children. Two of our teenagers have their own cars, plus the fact that my
husband and I drive our selves, the driveway looks like a used car lot. With winter coming it is
hard to maintain the driveway with the snow removal. We have to move cars to one end shovel
then move cars to Che other end do shovel the rest. We are also paving the driveway. It is
presently dirt-with some rock on top, and with the vehicles now it is muddy.
The present home is a 1 %+ story house, the garage will have a roof pitch to match the house.
The new garage will sit where the old one was. It is set back off the sidewalk approx 100 feet.
Our old garage barely accommodates the bikes and lawnmower and Tools. We would like to gain
some extra storage space for everything like Christmas tree and decorations. Secondly the roof
on the garage leaks and the boards are kind of rotten. Everything in the garage gets musty and
moldy.
We feel it is time for a much needed update of the garage and feel it will significantly improve
the value of the property.
