Kaiser indicated that the colors are <br />as show on the plan detail. He also indicated that the pylon would be <br />internally lit. <br />There was no one from the general public wishing to comment on this <br />matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-10-206 —APPROVING THE <br />ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW FOR THE RELOCATION OFA PYLON <br />SIGN AS WELL AS ALLOWING THE AGGRATING OF <br />DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE INTO A SINGLE SIGN LOCATION <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS OCTOBER 2, 2015 <br />REPORT AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL OF THE UNUSED SIGN <br />BASE FROM THE PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CABLE TV Keis opened the public hearing to consider the issuance of a cable <br />FRANCHISE- television franchise to CenturyLink to provide cable communications <br />CENTURY service within the City of Little Canada. <br />LINK <br />Mike Bradley, attorney for the North Suburban Cable Commission <br />(NSCC), appeared before the Council to present an ordinance for a new <br />cable TV franchise with CenturyLink. Bradley reviewed the process, <br />which is laid out in State Law, that has been undertaken thus far relative to <br />the CenturyLink franchise which included a Notice of Intent to Franchise, <br />the CenturyLink Cable Franchise Application, a public hearing held by the <br />North Suburban Cable Commission (NSCC), and submission of a NSCC <br />staff report. Bradley reported that NSCC received and filed the report and <br />authorized its staff to negotiate a cable franchise with CenturyLink. In <br />negotiating that franchise, NSCC staff considerations were to ensure a <br />reasonable build -out to each member city, the prohibiting of cherry <br />picking, and ensuring a level playing field in comparison with the <br />4 <br />
