Precision Landscape and Tree, Inc. <br />50 South Owasso Blvd. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />November 3, 2004 <br />Little Canada City Council <br />City Hall <br />Little Canada, MN <br />Use Guidelines <br />for <br />Wood Burning Systems at 50 South Owasso Blvd. <br />Precision Landscape and Tree, Inc. stipulates and agrees to the following maintenance <br />guidelines in the operation of the outdoor wood furnace at their business site located at 50 <br />So. Owasso Blvd.: <br />Firing the furnace or adding wood to the system will be done at least two <br />times a day and no less than one time a day. hr doing so, this will allow the <br />system to maintain a smaller and hotter fire along with a hot bed of coals that <br />will result in less smoke emission. <br />2. The amount of wood used at each firing will only be adequate enough to keep <br />the water in the boiler at the desired setting on the boiler thermostat fora 24 <br />hour period. <br />3. The furnace will be fueled with wood product only. Other wood by-products <br />such as cardboard, paper products, garbage or refuse/trash are prohibited <br />forms of fuel, thus will not be allowed as an alternate fiiel source. <br />4.
