MINUTES OI' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 28, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 28th day of <br />January, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Jim .LaValle called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. I{athy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-I-17 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY74, 2004 WORKSHOP COUNCIL. MEETING, THE <br />JANUARY T 4, 2004 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AND THE <br />.TANUARY74, 2004 CLOSED COUNC'lT, MEETING ASSU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an application for a <br />USE PERMIT- Conditional Use Permit allowing accessory outdoor storage of trucks and <br />3064 RICE equipment at 3064 Rice Street as requested by Xcel Energy. The Mayor <br />STREET - noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission has <br />XCEL recommended denial of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />ENERGY <br /> Colette 7urek, Xcel Energy, noted the letter she submitted dated January <br /> 21, 2004 providing additional information relative to the Conditional Use <br />
