MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 10, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of <br />Match, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael L Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll calf: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 2004-3-37 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEERUARY 23, 2004 SPECIAL, COUNCIL MEETING, AND <br />THE FEERUARY 25, 2004 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUI3MIT'I'ED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0), Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT - Mayor Fahey opened the pubic hearing to consider the Final Plat for The <br />THE VILLAS Villas of Little Canada townhomes. It was noted that the Planning <br />Commission has recommended approval of the Final Plat subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and City <br />Engineer. <br />
