MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 24, 2004 <br />CANADA ROAD - There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />ST. JO13N'S this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2004-3-52 - APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />COMI37NATION OF THE FORMER MARYHOUS'E PROPERTYAND <br />THE ST. JOHN :S CEbIETERY PROPERTY INTO ONE PARCEL <br />SUEJECT TO COMP/.LANCE WITH TILE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF TIDE PLANNING COMAI7.S.SION <br />The foregoing resohtion was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 20(14-3-53 -APPROVING THE REZONING OF <br />TILE FORMER MARYHOUSE PROPERTYAT 450 LITTLE <br />CANADA ROAD FROM b7NGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-I) TO <br />PUBLIC (P) SU13.IECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH TILE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF TILE PLANNING COMMLSSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Martour, Fahey, Anderson, i,aValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council reviewed the application for afill/excavation permit. Frank <br />Frattalone reported that the area to be filled is located west of the <br />driveway between the two houses. Frattalone indicated that the soils will <br />be subcut and the existing sand will be replace with a clay material. <br />Additional fill will also be brought in to level the area. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.
