Attachment K C''QM2202J ;;INTER+EBT ,(COMMUYNITY NUMBER � CQ;B$J�E$'TON!E' YIIiLAGE '�I��C�'rA�tATT+ONS THIS DECLARATION, made on this day of , 1995, by Masterpiece Homes, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Declarant," WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Declarant is the owner of certain property in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is more particularly described as: Lots 17, 18, 35 and 36, Block 1, Outlots A and B, Cobblestone Village, Common Interest Community Number , Ramsey County, Minnesota (the "Property" or "Properties"), which Declarant intends to develop for residential uses; and WHEREAS, Declarant desires that all of the Property shall be subject to certain uniform covenants, conditions and restrictions. NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant hereby declares that all of the Properties described above shall be held, sold, and conveyed subject to the following easements, restrictions, covenants and conditions, which are for the purpose of protecting the value and desirability of, and which shall run with, the real property and be binding on all parties having any right, title or interest in the described properties or any part thereof, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of each owner thereof. This common interest community is a planned community and is not subject to a master association. ARTICLE I. DEFINITIONS Section 1.
