EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOVEMBER 9, 2015 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Little Canada met in regular -session at the City Center on Wednesday, November 9, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Keis, Fischer, McGraw, Montour, and Torkelson. The following members were absent: Council Member Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2015-11- A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR FALSE ALARM BALANCES COUNTY NO. 53136379 TERM — ONE YEAR WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and heard on unpaid false alarm accounts that have been proposed to be assessed to property taxes for the year payable 2016. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: 1. The City Council has reviewed the assessment roll for unpaid false alarm balances and finds it to be in order and declares that these unpaid balances shall be certified to property taxes payable in 2016. 2. The City Administrator shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the County. Such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared and duly passed and adopted.
