Hanson <br />RE: Approval of an Additional Occupancy Agreement for 3100 Country Drive <br />On October 28, 2015 the City Council approved an occupancy agreement with James <br />Schwalbach of 3100 Country Drive, LLC, to lease the former public works building until the sale <br />of the property occurs. Recently the commercial building owned by Dave Rustad was severely <br />damaged by a ire. Mr. Schwalbach has offered to sublease part of the 3100 Country Drive <br />building to Mr. Rustad to use as storage for his businesses. The approved occupancy agreement <br />states that the occupant may not permit any other Terson or entity to use the property without the <br />written consent of the city. Staff recommends approving the additional occupancy agreement <br />between Rustad & Associates, Inc. and 3100 Country Drive, LLC. <br />
