Hanson <br />RE: Approval of Payment for Change Order 7-.L for the City Hall Renovation <br />Attached is a change order For the City 'Hall remodel project. This change order adds $585.00 <br />for the stone enhancer/sealer behind the Council dais, $799.00 for additional plumbing work <br />associated with the replacement of the countertops in the kitchen and restrooms, and a request by <br />James Steele Construction for $3,747.00. -For additional supervision/labor in carrying out the <br />project. <br />Staff recommends approval of the change order with the understanding that we will withhold <br />Payment to James Steele until outstanding work items are completed. 1 ani also verifying if this <br />includes the completion of outstanding work items. <br />
