MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 28, 2004 <br />REZONE TO <br />PUBLIC - <br />BOOSTER <br />STATION <br />PROPERTY <br />Given the withdrawal of the application for Preliminary Plat for Collova <br />Estates, no action was required of the Council. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the Rezoning of <br />the City's Booster Station property at 141 East County Road B from <br />Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Public (P). The Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the Rezoning. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Anderson, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-4-K3 - APPRO vING THE REZONING OF <br />THE CITY'S 7300STER STATION PROPERTY AT 74I EAST <br />CO UNTY ROAD 73 FROM SINGLE-FAMII Y RESIDENTIAL (R-1) <br />TO PU737,IC (P) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Anderson, Blesener, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment <br />TO ZONLNG to the Zoning Code clarifying both the Planned Unit Development <br />CODE (PUD) District and the Public (I') District as relates to public uses. It <br />RELATED was noted that the Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />T'O PUBLIC the amendment. <br />USES <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />The City Planner pointed out that the Text Amendment was modified from <br />what was presented to the Planning Commission to add more specificity to <br />the language. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />12 <br />
