MINUTI'JS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNIJ 23, 2004 <br />Fahey stated that he would support a 60-day extension, and if compliance <br />is not achieved, Valor will lose its license. <br />The City Administrator asked if the State would cancel Valor license, if <br />the City does not renew its license. The City Attorney did not think so. <br />The Council noted that Valor will have to achieve compliance with its <br />original site play by August 23"~.
