C7_ANDF,STINE DRUG LA73 <br />SI'I ES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly secaided by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Anderson, Montour, Fahey, 131esener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />iVIN DOT The City Administrator reported that MN DOT has oiPered to purchase a <br />OFFER TO portion of the Public Works Garage site at 3100 Country Drive to utilize <br />PURCHASE for ponding areas as part of the Unweave the Weave project. MN DOT <br />PORTION OF has offered $97,000 for this property, and the City Administrator felt that <br />PW GARAGE the offer was a fair one based on the comparable sales information <br />PROPERTY provided. The Administrator felt that the sale of this property would not <br />be a detriment to the Public Works operation. It was also noted that there <br />will be the need to obtain a quit claim deed from North Star Estates to <br />clear up a title concern with this site. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI_ UTION NO. 2009-8-I78 -ACCEPTING MN DOT'S OTTER <br />FOR PURCHASE OF' A PORTION OF TIIE I'UI37.IC WORKS <br />GARAGE SITE AND A UTHORIZING TAE MA YOIZ AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO Ea'ECU"l'E TAE APPROPRIATE <br />DOCUMENT S <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Pahey, Blesener, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />EDA - The City Administrator presented documents related to The Villas and <br />T.RE VILLAS The Lodge redevelopment projects which require approval of the <br />AND TflE Economic Development Authority. The AdminisU~ator noted that these <br />LODGE documents became necessary due to a change in the legal descriptions <br />REDEVELOP- of the subject properties. <br />
