MINUTES CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 11, 2004 witnessed some creative law enforcement measures. Anderson indicated. however, that the ordinance as proposed by the City Attorney appears to be the only way to address the clean up of hazardous drug sites. Resolution declared adopted. iVIN DOT The City Administrator reported that MN DOT has oiPered to purchase a OFFER TO portion of the Public Works Garage site at 3100 Country Drive to utilize PURCHASE for ponding areas as part of the Unweave the Weave project. MN DOT PORTION OF has offered $97,000 for this property, and the City Administrator felt that PW GARAGE the offer was a fair one based on the comparable sales information PROPERTY provided. The Administrator felt that the sale of this property would not be a detriment to the Public Works operation. It was also noted that there will be the need to obtain a quit claim deed from North Star Estates to clear up a title concern with this site. Ayes (4) Pahey, Blesener, Anderson, Montour. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. EDA - The City Administrator presented documents related to The Villas and T.RE VILLAS The Lodge redevelopment projects which require approval of the AND TflE Economic Development Authority. The AdminisU~ator noted that these LODGE documents became necessary due to a change in the legal descriptions REDEVELOP- of the subject properties.
