MINUTI!1S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 25, 2004 <br />approval of a second garage is that the garage match the existing house. <br />He pointed out that there are no requirements for accessory sheds to <br />match, and they are typically purchased in varying colors and styles. <br />.Fahey suggested that rather than make this a condition of the CU:P for <br />Kulousek, he would rather consider an amendment to the Code that would <br />restrict properties from having accessory sheds if they also have second <br />garages.
