MINUTI!1S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 25, 2004 <br />approval of a second garage is that the garage match the existing house. <br />He pointed out that there are no requirements for accessory sheds to <br />match, and they are typically purchased in varying colors and styles. <br />.Fahey suggested that rather than make this a condition of the CU:P for <br />Kulousek, he would rather consider an amendment to the Code that would <br />restrict properties from having accessory sheds if they also have second <br />garages. It was noted that if the ordinance is amended in this regard, it <br />would then apply to the I{ulousek property. <br />Kulousek indicated that he had no plans at this time for constructing an <br />accessory shed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UT7ON NO. 2004-8-187 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />US'E PERMIT AL L OWING TWO GARAGES AT 782 ALL EN <br />AVENUE, ONE DETACHED AND ONE ATTACHF,D AS <br />RE~UES'fED BY.IAMF.S KDLOUSEK SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH T]IE RECOMN/ENDATIONS OF T73E CITY P],ANNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />M,r. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for an <br />ALCOHOL Amendment to Conditional Use Permit to allow alcohol sales as pa,'t of <br />SALES AT the Colisewn Billiard operation at 2900 Rice Street as requested by Mr. <br />B:[LLIARD Mike Molloy. Molloy is also requesting a 3.2 Intoxicating Malt Liquor <br />HALL - License and 2 A.M. Liquor License. The Planning Commission has <br />2900 I2ICF recommended approval of the CiJP Amendment subject to conditions <br />STRh~I'JT - that restrict the alcohol sales area within the billiard hall and subject to <br />
