Resolution declared adopted. <br />ENGINEERING The City Administrator reviewed his memo dated September ]7, 2004 <br />SERVICES relative to engineering services with Howard R. Green Company. The <br />WITFl14OWARD Administrator recommended approval of the work order for the Twin <br />R.
