MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 13, 2004 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Montour, AI1an. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2004-] 0-243 - APPROVING T HE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />xAPPROVA7. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANADIAN Ray Llanson appeared before the Council reporting that the Canadian <br />DAYS Days Committee is malting a $10,000 donation toward the construction <br />DONATION oi'a new Parks Garage in Spooner Park The Council thanked the <br />Canadian Days Committee for their donation. <br />PRECISION Chris Groholski, Precision Tree, appeared before the Counci[ relative to <br />TREE code enforcement issues on the Precision Tree property at 50 South <br />Owasso Blvd. With regard to the issues outlined in the Code Enforcement <br />Officer's report dated October T~', Groholski reported that some of the <br />wood chips have been removed and those areas seeded. There are still <br />wood chips iu the area near the Water Works property. Groholski <br />indicated that fencing on the west side of the driveway has been removed <br />and one of the small piles of wood near the fuel tacks was being removed <br />this evening. Groholski indicated that the woodpile by the stove was still <br />
