Resolution declared adopted. <br />R[GII:T O,T The City Administrator reported that Dicl< 13iagini, RAB, LLC is <br />ENTRY proposing to construct a 15,000 square foot office building as the <br />AGREEMENT - phase 11 project for property on Cowrtry Drive. Biagini is planning <br />B7AGINI to submit plans for review as part of the November planning cycle. Mr. <br />Biagini would like to commence site work at this tune so that construction <br />can commence during the winter.
