Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Ms Shelly Rueckert <br />Ms. ICathy Glanzer <br />The pw~pose of tonight's workshop meeting is to conduct an informational <br />update between the City Council and City Staff on various on-going <br />projects and topics. <br />SALE OF The City Administrator reported that renovation of 594 County Road B-2 <br />594 COUNTY has been completed and he reviewed the costs associated with that work. <br />ROAD B-2 Staff is attempting to market the property without a realtor at this point. <br />Those efforts include the posting of a sign and brochw~es at the property. <br />Ads will be run, if necessary. The City has been receiving a few calls as a <br />result of the sign and brochures. The Administrator suggested that if an <br />offer is made on the property, the Council may want to consider offering <br />short-term financing terms if that will assist in finalizing a sale. <br />MONTRI•;AL The City Administrator reviewed the heavy number of police calls that <br />COURTS have been occurring at Montreal Courts for the past few years. The <br />Administrator pointed out that this activity far exceeds an acceptable level <br />and consumes too many resources. The Administrator reviewed the fact <br />that upon purchasing the property the current owner had indicated that <br />
