MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 8, 2003 <br />GRETCHEN Mayor Fahey announced that Gretchen Crary has been appointed as a <br />CRARY member of the Parks & Recreation Commission, and he welcomed her on <br />behalf of the Council. <br />ECONOMIC Mr. Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY RESOLUTION NO. 2003-I-2 - TEMPORARILYAD.IOURNING THE <br />CITY COUNCIL. MEETING AND CONVENING AS THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVEL OPMENT AUTHORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Anderson, LaValle, Fahey, Blesener, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION NO. 2003-I -I -ADOPTING THE 2003 ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY73UDGET AND APPOINTMENT OF <br />OFFICERS AS FOLLOWS: <br />2(103 BUDGET <br />Revenues - $0 <br />Expenditures - $0 <br />2003 OFFICERS <br />Michael I. Fahey -President <br />Matt Anderson -Vice President <br />Jint LreValle -Treasurer <br />.Ioel Hanson -Assistant Treasurer <br />.Ioel Hanson -Secretary <br />Rick Montour -Director <br />]3ill 131esener -Director <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator noted that when the EDA enacts a Business <br />Revolving Loan Fund, the budget will be amended to accommodate that <br />program. <br />
