MINUTES CITY COUNCIL P'EI3RUARY 12, 2003 HAMEL eight lots. At that meeting, the Council asked for additional information COURT from the City Engineer relative to the possibility of road access coming in from Twin Lake Blvd. as well as the configuration of the proposed intersection at Twin Lake Road and the proposed Hamel Court. It was noted that the City Engineer has reported that the grades are too steep along Twin Lake Blvd. to make road access at that location feasible. He also noted that the proposed intersection of Twin Lake Road and proposed Hamel Court should be reconfigm•ed to a T-intersection. Fahey informed the developer that should the project move forward, a dry watermain system will be required to be installed. The City will also require the developer to sign a waiver of the right to appeal special assessments for future watermain improvements in this area. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI. UTION NO. 2003-Z-30 -APPROVING THE CONCEPT FOR A SINGL E-FAMIL Y DEVELOPMENT RANGING FROM FOUR TO EIC,HT LOTb' AS PROPOSED AS HAMEL. COURT SUBJECT TO COMPL LANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, INFORMING THE DEVELOPER THAT FORMA]. APPROVAL. OF THLS DEVEL OPMENT WILL. BE SUB.IECT TO EXECUTION OF A WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT, SUB.IECT TO THE CONFIGURATION OFA T-INTERSECTIONAT TWIN LAKE ROAD AND PROPOSED HAMEL COURT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYE NGINEER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour.
