Resolution declared adopted. <br />THE The City Attorney reported that the developers of The Preserve are taking <br />PRESERVE legal action against the City. The matter has been tendered to the League <br />of Minnesota Cities for defense. <br />2003 Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS RESO1, UT ION NO. 2003-2-47 -APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2003 IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THESE <br />PROTECTS WITH THE FOLLOWING PORTION OF THE PROJECT <br />TO 13E ]3ID AS ALTERNATES: DEMONT PARKING LOT AND <br />ACCESS ROAD, RONDEAU PARK IMPROVEMENTS, AND <br />SPOONER PARK AGLIME STORAGE AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TRAIL The City Administrator reviewed the trail grant application for completion <br />GRANT of two of the City's trail connections. The Administrator noted that the <br />APPLICATION City funds for these improvements would come from the Park Land <br />Dedication Fund. <br />13 <br />
