MINU'IT,S Oh THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL, <br />L1TTl.,I?. CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 11, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11th day of <br />June, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Resolution declared adopted. <br />HAMEL Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the Preliminary and <br />IrSTATES Final Plat for [{amel Estates as well as the public hearing to consider the <br />Vacation of a utility and drainage easement that runs through a portion of <br />the property that is part of the proposed plat. The Council noted the <br />recommendations of the City Planner and the Planning Commission <br />relative to the Hamel Estates plat providing future development access for <br />the property to the west. <br />
