MINUTIJS
CITY COUNCIL
JUNTJ i 1, 2003
The City Administrator main indicated that Option 2 should be reviewed
by the City Planner and the Planning Commission as part of the July
process. I-Iowever, given the timing of the processing of this plat under
the 60-Day Law, the developer would either have to waive the 60-Day
time limit or Option 1 should be acted on by the Council this evening.
Krengel also pointed out the developer's request for reconveyance of a
tax-forfeited parcel to the State for reconveyance to the property owner
and inclusion in the plat. Krengel reviewed the history of this parcel, and
asked that Council take action on this reconveyance this evening.
Anderson asked about the property taxes that were not paid on this parcel.
Krengel reported that the taxes amount to approximately $2,000 and
would be required to be paid by the property owner as part of the
reconveyance. The City Administrator recommended approval of the
reconveyance contingent upon the City's confirmation that it has an
adequate sanitary sewer easement on this parcel.
Mr. Fahey inmoduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.
RE.SOL UTION NO. 20/13-G- l 29 - APPROV/NG TF/E
RECONVEI'ANC'E OF TA,A FORFE/TED PARCEI.
