MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 9, 2003 <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2003-7--150 -APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR TILE VILLA'S AT LITTLE CANADA, FINAL STAGE PUD, <br />AND PROPERTY DIVISION 73Y METES AND I30UNDS <br />DESCRIPTION SU13.IECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PL ANNER AND CITY <br />ENGINEER AND SU73JECT TO SHERMAN ASSOCIATES <br />ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Anderson, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the Concept Stage and <br />HEARING - Development Stage PUD, Architectural Review, and Preliminary and <br />CONCEPT Final Plat for an office/retail development known as The Village at <br />STAGE & Little Canada as proposed by Sherman Associates. <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />STAGE PUD, There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />REVIEW, Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Fahey, the public hearing was <br />PRELIMINARY closed. <br />& FINAL PLAT - <br />THE VILLAGE The City Administrator indicated that the only issue relates to the layout <br /> for US Bank's drive-through and access points for driveway. George <br /> Sherman has indicated his willingness to make adjustments to the drive- <br /> through to make it work. <br />Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2003-7-I SI -APPROVING THE CONCEPT <br />STAGE AND DEVELOPMENT STAGE PUD, ARCIITECTURAL <br />REVIEW, AND PREL IMINARY AND FINAL. PLAT FOR AN <br />OFFICE/RETAIL.
