MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 23, 2003 <br />The City Administrator indicated that the issue of trail system priorities <br />will be scheduled for discussion by the Parks & Recreation Commission at <br />their next meeting. <br />RONDEAU Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />PARK <br />PLAYGROUND RESOLUTIONN0.2003-7--172-APPROVING THELOW737DFOR <br />EQUIPMENT RONDEAU PARKPLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AS <br />RECOMMENDED I3Y THE PARKS & RECREATION DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, Fahey, LaValle, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BUSINESS Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the Business Subsidy <br />SUBSIDY for the District Council 82 development project. <br />FOR DISTRICT <br />COUNCIL 82 There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br /> this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-7--173 -APPROVING THE 73USINEb'S <br />SU73SIDY PLAN FOR THE DISTRICT COUNCIL 82 PRO.IECT AS <br />RECOMMENDED I3Y THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTIONNO. 2003-7-174-TEMPORARILYADJOURNING <br />THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND CONVENING AS <br />THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
