MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 27, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />August, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael L Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />City Engineer <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.S'O7 UTION NO. 2003-8-189 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE AUGUST I3, 2003 REGULAR COUNCII. AS SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, LaValle, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT- Mayor Fahey opened the continuation of Public Hearing to consider the <br />THE PRESERVE Final Plat for The Preserve. Fahey reported that Dayspring Development <br />submitted a letter dated August 27, 2003 requesting that consideration of <br />The Preserve Final Plat be tabled until the September 10, 2003 Council <br />meeting as they have been informed that the Final Plat does not meet <br />conditions of preliminary plat approval. <br />
