MINUTES OF TAE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 24, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of <br />September, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />S I S Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-9-211- APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER IQ 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, LaValle, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the request for <br />DIVISION - property line adjustment at 2444 and 2446 McMenemy Road requested <br />2444/2446 by Therese Chlebeck and Glen Hageman. It was noted that both the <br />McMENEMY - City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval. <br />CALEBECK <br /> There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br /> this matter. <br />
