MINUTES OI' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 22, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />October, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Parks & Rec. Dir. Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resol ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION N0. 2003-70-238 -APPROVING TIZE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 8, 2003 WORKSHOP COUNCIL. MEETING, THE <br />OCTO73ER 8, 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING, AND THE <br />OCTOBER I5, 2003 SPECIAL COUNCIL. MEETING AS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMEND CUP- Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to <br />3165/3167 Conditional Use Permit to modify the site plan for Valor Enterprises <br />SPRUCE STR.- as well as a Variance from the City's parking requirements. It was noted <br />VALOR that the Planning Commission tabled action on this matter until their <br />ENTERPRISES November meeting. <br />
