Sackett Glaser felt <br />that if residents are asked to help control Che spread of buckthorn, Che city should do the same on <br />its property. The Director stated that he will explore options for control on city property, <br />including calling the correctional facility. <br />DIRECTOR'S The Director reported on the following items: <br />REPORT <br />• Registration for basketball league and fall gymnastics will be held on September 11 and 18. <br />Senior exercise began on September 3 and 55 Alive Driver Classes are scheduled in <br />November. <br />• Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District maps were handed out to all Commissioners. <br />• A fee schedule for next year will be presented at the next meeting. This schedule will <br />include fees for the shelters and recreational activities. <br />• Adult fall softball numbers fell slightly fi•om last year. However, summer numbers <br />increased making the total number of teams about the same as last year. <br />• The Director will not be attending the next meeting due to his daughter's wedding rehearsal <br />dinner. <br />ADJOURN Schabacker recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Gray. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m. <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
