819. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SALES/DISPLAYS <br />819.010. DEFIIVITION. Temporary outdoor sales/displays for the puzpose of this Chapter, <br />shall be defined to be one-time sidewalk sales, Christmas tree sales, seasonal supply sales, special <br />event sales conducted by the operators of a legitimate established business within the appropziate <br />zoning district in the City of Little Canada. <br />819.020. LICENSE. No person or business shall engage in the operation of temporary <br />outdoor sales/displays on their premises without first procurring a license to engage in such business <br />as herein provided. <br />819.030. APPLICATION, FEE AND LICENSE PERIOD. Application for a temporary <br />outdoor sales/displays license shall be made to the City on a form to be provided by the City. Each <br />person or business may be issued only two such pezmits per year. Each permit shall be valid for a <br />consecutive two-week period only. The fee for such license shall be established by City Council <br />resolution. <br />819.040. OPERATION LOCATION. The applicant shall specify in what location on the <br />premises he desires to operate the outdoor sales area. No license shall be issued unless the property <br />upon which the business is to be conducted is located within one of the following zoning districts: <br />B-2, B-3, W I-1 or PUD. All manner of operation, parking of vehicles, protection, screening, <br />sales area, ve icutar access shall be in compliance with the .Zoning Ordinance. <br />819.05. RESPONSIBILITY OF OPERATION. Any licensee hereunder shall be held <br />responsible fo nuisances emanating from the licensed operation and the licensee shall not pennit <br />debris or any they kinds of waste or debris from said business to be deposited on any public or <br />private prope y or on the licensee's own property. <br />(So rce: Ord. 352, Amended: Ord. 446, 513) <br />,~ ~/ l <br />~~ <br />819-1 <br />
