MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 12, 2003 <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat for The <br />Village at Little Canada subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />of the City Planner and City Engineer as discussed this evening. <br />Motion seconded by Wcihe. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Barraclough recommended tabling action on the Final Stage PUD a~1d the <br />Final Plat for The Village at Little Canada until the July 1 Q 2003 <br />Commission 117eeting. <br />Motion seconded by \~Jeihe. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />~RLVI:SFD Carl Johnson, Drywall Supply, submitted to the Commission a revised <br />FINAL FLAT Final Plat for the Drywall Supply Addition. He noted that the plat is <br />& P'UD - being modified slightly to accommodate the proposal of the Liternational <br />DRYWALL Union of Painters & Allied "Trades District Council 82 on a portion of this <br />SUPPLY property. <br />The City Planner indicated that the parcel that District Council 82 is <br />proposing to develop is being enlarged to accommodate their building. <br />The plat is also revised to change the circulation patterns within the site. <br />The Planner noted that the plat eliminates the access point that was <br />previously proposed along the eastern boundary adjacent to the Levitz site. <br />Only a central access point remains. <br />The Planner felt that the revisions as proposed were appropriate. <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the Revised Final Plat and Revised <br />PlJD for the Drywall Supply Addition subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer. <br />Motion seconded by Wojcik. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />_12_ <br />
