The current zoning on the adjacent <br />property is B-3, and the development of the area is primarily small office. Farther to the <br />east, amini-storage facility is zoned B-W. <br />The B-3 zoning would be consistent with the existing and surround uses in the area. To <br />the south of County Road B, a commercial shopping center is located in Maplewood. <br />Rezoning requests are required to be reviewed based on consistency with the goals <br />and intent of the Comprehensive Plan, as well as compatibility with the surrounding land <br />uses, both present and future.
