MINUTES <br />PLANNING COit~Ii`r:[LSSIOv <br />i•~lAY 3. 2003 <br />Motion seconded by Roycraft. <br />ivtotion can'ied 7 - 0. <br />Roycraft recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat and Development <br />Stage PUD for The Village at Little Canada subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner and City Engineer with final details <br />to be negotiated with the developer. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Roycraft recommended tabling action on the Final Plat for The Village at <br />Little Canada subject to the developer working out final details with the <br />City Planner and the City Engineer. <br />Motion seconded by Wojcik. <br />Notion carried 7 - 0. <br />Sherman reviewed the architectural elements for the townhome <br />development noting that exteriors will consist of cultured stone as well as <br />either aluminum or hardy plank (concrete material) siding. He indicated <br />that there will be varying amounts of stone on the front exteriors so that all <br />the units do not look alike.
